A: Products such as playmats, ability markers, deck boxes, dice, etc. are not subject to return unless it was some fault of our own (such as sending you the wrong design or sending duplicate items). Q: "HOW FAST IS YOUR SHIPPING?"
A: All of our orders are normally processed and shipped out in 1-3 business days from the date of your order. The shipping option you choose at checkout will also affect the rate at which it arrives to you.
Q: "WHAT DOES EACH SHIPPING OPTION MEAN?"
A: Depending on the product category, different shipping options with differing rates may apply. For larger items (such as playmats or deck boxes), "Standard" shipping is our regular shipping rate that comes with tracking included. "Express" shipping is our expedited shipping rate that comes with tracking included. For smaller items (such as coins, tokens, dice, cards, etc.) "Standard " shipping is regular lettermail shipping that does not include tracking. "Express" shipping is our expedited shipping rate that uses a bubble mailer and comes with tracking included. For our "Global Flat-Rate" option, smaller items are shipped in either a bubble mailer or an appropriately-sized box, depending on the order contents and order destination. All purchases with "Global Flat-Rate" shipping selected include tracking.
Q: "MY ITEM IS TAKING LONGER THAN EXPECTED TO ARRIVE. WHY?"
A: All of our shipping timelines are approximate. There is no way for us to 100% guarentee when an item will arrive - it may arrive earlier or later than expected on occaison. Please keep this in mind once placing your order. Once we hand the package off to the courier, you will be given the tracking information (if applicable).
Q: "DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?"
A: Yes, we do ship internationally, but please be aware that depending on your country's customs laws your item may be held by your country at customs for inspection, delaying the delivery time, and you may be charged a customs fee, import tax, or similar.
