Q: "CAN I RETURN MY ITEMS?"

A: Short answer: it depends. Long answer -yes, if you order a shirt from us and it's the sizing is incorrect you are more than welcome to return it (as long as there are no visible signs of wear or washing). Other products such as playmats, pins, stickers, dice bags, etc. are not subject to return unless it was some fault of our own (such as sending you the wrong design or sending duplicate items). If you are interested in making a return please contact us using the form on our Contact Page and we will be happy to assist you.

Q: "HOW FAST IS YOUR SHIPPING?"

A: All of our orders are normally processed and shipped out in 1-3 business days from the date of your order. The shipping option you choose at checkout will also affect the rate at which it arrives to you.

Q: "MY ITEM IS TAKING LONGER THAN EXPECTED TO ARRIVE. WHY?"

A: All of our shipping timelines are approximate. There is no way for us to 100% guarentee when an item will arrive - it may arrive earlier or later than expected on occaison. Please keep this in mind once placing your order. Once we hand the package off to the courier, you will be given the tracking information (if applicable).

Q: "DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?"

A: Yes, we do ship internationally, but please be aware that depending on your country's customs laws your item may be held by your country at customs for inspection, delaying the delivery time, and you may be charged a customs fee, import tax, or similar. Unfortunately, this is something we are not responsible for and have no control over, so please keep this in mind before making any purchases.
